{"id":82679,"date":"2021-10-28T14:10:56","date_gmt":"2021-10-28T12:10:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rotor.nl\/unkategorisiert\/erfolgreiches-key-customer-audit-bei-eibergen\/"},"modified":"2022-07-29T15:03:04","modified_gmt":"2022-07-29T13:03:04","slug":"erfolgreiches-key-customer-audit-bei-eibergen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rotor.nl\/de\/nachrichten\/erfolgreiches-key-customer-audit-bei-eibergen\/","title":{"rendered":"Erfolgreiches Key Customer Audit bei Eibergen."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of our key Marine customers approached us for an online audit of the procedures we use to design, manufacture, and modify motors.<br \/>\nA customer audit is a detailed review of not only how a company\u2019s customers perceive it, but also that customer\u2019s needs and an evaluation of how the company affects the customer\u2019s business.<\/p>\n<p>We conducted this specific audit in December 2021 online because of ongoing COVID-19 precautions.<br \/>\nThe auditors thoroughly examined Rotor and its relationship with the customer and were able to demonstrate Rotor\u2019s strength, giving a positive outcome for both the client and us.<br \/>\nThe customer was happy to take part in an online tour of our facility led by our quality and certification leader.<\/p>\n<p>The following topics were covered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opening of meeting \u2013 introduction to organisation, supplier approval plan and procedure<\/li>\n<li>QMS efficiency overview<\/li>\n<li>Sustainability and environmental compliance<\/li>\n<li>Claims\/warranties handling<\/li>\n<li>Supply chain management efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Remote production tour, including test facility<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of initial report<\/li>\n<li>Summary meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The customer discovered and gained an appreciation for the work we do. But we also found some opportunities to improve.<br \/>\nRotor produces marine motors, industrial applications up to 2,500 kW in low voltage and up to 5,000 kW in medium voltage. We can provide special designs for custom voltage and frequency and can customize mechanical dimensions to suit specific equipment design.
