At Rotor, for large projects orders a dedicated cross functional team is formed under a designated leader to ensure all milestones are achieved – meeting requirements of strict customer specifications.
The team works closely with the customer and other key partners to ensure successful closure. This is possible due to highly competent pool of resources in Rotor with many years of experience.
The team works from the Enquiry stage with the customer and journey begins with Sales and Engineering and executed well by Sourcing, Operations and Logistics. Projects can consist of multiple number of motors of different ratings or few large motors.
